Terms and conditions
Last updated: 14 October 2026
These terms apply to sponsoredrecord.com, published by TNC Brand Strategy BV, Jagerslaan Zuid 13, 2243 EH Wassenaar, the Netherlands.
Independence
The Sponsored Record is an independent publication. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by OpenAI or any other AI assistant provider. Product and company names on this site are trademarks of their owners and are used for identification and reporting only.
What the data is
Entries are observations: ads captured by running a fixed panel of prompts on dedicated accounts, on a set schedule, in the markets named on each entry. The result is a record of what the panel observed, not a complete census of every ad a platform served. Our methodology page describes the panel, the accounts and the limits of the data. Counts always describe the panel and the period stated next to them.
Accuracy and corrections
We work to keep every entry accurate. If an entry is wrong, we correct it and note the correction. An entry that should not stand is marked retracted; it is not silently deleted. Send corrections to press@sponsoredrecord.com.
Screenshots and advertiser material
Screenshots are published as commentary on, and reporting about, advertising. Advertiser names, logos and ad copy belong to their owners.
Using our content and data
You may cite our reports, charts and data with a link back to the page you cite. The JSON data files are published for citation and analysis. Republishing the dataset as a whole, or building a competing library from it, needs our written permission first.
Sponsors
Paid placements on this site are labelled as sponsor content and are kept separate from logged entries. Sponsors cannot change, remove or reorder entries, and sponsor material is the responsibility of the sponsor.
Liability
The site and its data are provided as is. We are not liable for decisions taken on the basis of the data, and nothing on this site is legal, financial or investment advice. Where liability cannot be excluded under Dutch law, it is limited to the amount paid for the service in question, if any.
Law and changes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. If the terms change, the new version appears on this page with a new date at the top.
